Evidence-led mental performance
Train the mind behind your performance.
Most people chase the outcome. HypnotherAPPy trains the identity underneath it — six-week programmes of guided hypnotherapy, visualisation and daily practice, in about fifteen minutes a day.

What a day looks like
Four parts, fifteen minutes, every day for six weeks.
- 1
Engage · 3 min
A short interactive exercise
Three minutes of active work — recalling evidence, noticing patterns, setting today’s intention. Not a form to fill in.
- 2
Learn · 4 min
The science, briefly
Why the technique works, drawn from psychology, neuroscience and behavioural research. Translated into something usable, not a literature review.
- 3
Rehearse · 10 min
Guided hypnotherapy
The core of the session. Relaxation, focused attention, and rehearsal of the performance you are working toward — professionally recorded.
- 4
Reinforce · 2 min
Take it into the real world
One specific action for today. A drill, a routine, a cue. The bridge between the session and the thing you actually do.
Why it works this way
Repetition is the mechanism, not a shortcut.
A programme returns to the same sessions deliberately. Hearing a visualisation once is an experience; returning to it across six weeks is what shifts how you see yourself — and identity is what holds a behaviour in place when motivation does not.
That is also why you work on one programme at a time. Splitting attention across several dilutes exactly the effect the method depends on. You can browse everything, switch whenever your priorities change, and pick up where you left off after a week away — the programme waits for you rather than moving on without you.
Don’t just chase the outcome. Train the identity behind it.
Where to start
Pick a discipline, or start with the foundations underneath all of them.
Sports Performance
Composure, nerves, focus, discipline
Golf, football, GAA, tennis and more
Health & Wellbeing
Sleep, stress, confidence, habits
Focused programmes for specific goals
Personal Development
Self-belief, procrastination, presence
Speaking, career, decision-making
Foundations programmes are discipline-agnostic — the same work on composure serves a golfer, a footballer and someone presenting to a board. Where the practice differs, the real-world action does too.
Used safely
Hypnotherapy and visualisation audio should be listened to somewhere you can rest — never while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything else that needs your attention. HypnotherAPPy supports performance and wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat medical or psychological conditions, and it is not a replacement for care from a qualified professional.
